  I. LA PHILOSOPHIE

"La société de l’information est organisée à l’image du cerveau humain":

- 1) des cellules grises dans lesquelles s’effectuent les opérations (les PC, les Serveurs et principalement la Virtualisation)

- 2) des connexions qui permettent de démultiplier à l’infini la capacité à stoker des informations et à résoudre des problèmes complexes (Le Web).

A partir d’un certain âge, le cerveau humain perd des cellules grises de manière régulière et inexorable. Cette perte de capacité de calcul peut être largement compensée par la multiplication des connexions entre les neurones. Plus le cerveau travaille, plus il s’enrichit de connexions et mieux il fonctionne.

WebForce International Fédération, propose de mettre les TIC au service de l’éducation dans les pays en développement en créant le concept d’approche synaptique. En effet, nous pensons que les capacités d’éducations des pays en développement, bien inférieures à celles des pays riches en termes de moyens et d’infrastructures, peuvent avantageusement être compensées par la démultiplication des connexions entre élèves, entre professeurs, entre professeurs et élèves, entre classes, entre territoires et même entre pays.

Bien entendu, ce concept d’approche synaptique peut-être extrapolé à d’autres secteurs que celui de l’éducation en exploitant toujours le même principe de démultiplication de la connectivité pour compenser le manque de moyens et d’infrastructures.
