Another purpose of this meeting was to examine the contribution of the “civil society” to the study of the latest innovations and their implementation in order to develop more and more the services intended to citizens and to facilitate formalities and administrative procedures. (Extract from the newspaper: Le Quotidien, 11th May 2007).

Several high levels speakers follow each other, like Mrs. Khadija Ghariani, Secretary of State to the Minister of Communication Technologies; Mr. Zouheir M’Dhaffer, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister, in charge of Public Service and the Administration Development, or Mr. Abdelwaheb Jmal, Vice General Secretary in the RCD, in charge of Organizations and Associations.

His Excellency Mr. The Minister the Dr. Mustapha MASMOUDI, President of the TAC, drove these meetings brilliantly and the President of WebForce International has thought about him for the implementation of the programme “Un-NGO Alliance”. His membership of the Shabaka (the Arab Network of NGOs) and so his role of representative of Arab Organizations make him very relevant for this close cooperation that is notably Euro-Mediterranean.
